This is early in the Baking world!

Some bakers are early birds, but I don't know any of those bakers. Home bakers are nocturnal creatures. We stay up late, when the best ideas come to us, and finish up the little things, fondant mushrooms, editing a picture, responding to a text or email. Then I arise from bed after 9 am, when most others have been at work for an hour or so.

I work best being a night owl.
